Description
Really nice quarter plate tintype of a triple armed standing Union soldier. He is holding his musket with bayonet by his side. The eagle plate on the cartridge box cross belt is visible, as is his US belt plate. Tucked in the belt are a knife and Colt army revolver. The knife and revolver are likely props. He is wearing a four button sack coat. He is also wearing a slouch hat with hat cord and infantry horn insignia attached. The soldier is standing in front of an interesting background, of which I must admit that I am not familiar. An overall extremely nice Union image. Housed in a nice thermoplastic case.
