Sales – By phone 9 am to 6 pm eastern time.  Call (804)301-1832.  Email any time:  varelic@comcast.net.  Items will be held for 7 days.  If no payment has been received, items will be placed back on sale.

Payment – Certified check or money order.  Personal checks accepted, but must clear prior to shipment.  Visa, Master Card and PayPal are accepted, but there is a 3.5% processing charge. 

Sales tax – Virginia residents must include 6% sales tax.

Shipping – Buyer pays shipping and insurance (if desired).  Method and cost to be determined at time of order. Uninsured items shipped at buyer’s risk.

Return policy – Returns will be accepted with notification within 5 days of receipt.  Item must be in same condition as it was at time of purchase, and returned within 7 days of refund request.  Payment will then be refunded, lest cost of shipment. 

Guarantee – All items are guaranteed authentic to original purchaser.

Layaway – Layaways will be accepted, 90 days same as cash and 1/3 down at purchase.  Terms can be negotiated for longer than 90 days, but interest will be charged.  Please make sure that you want the item, because there is no return or refund on layaways.  Accounts past due will be in default and all deposits will be forfeited.  Items will not be shipped until full payment has been received. 

Consignment – If you prefer to consign an item rather than sell, the commission is 20% for items up to $2000. From $2000 to $5000, the commission is 15%. Above $5000 the commission is 10%.  Commission may be negotiable depending on quantity of items for sale or uniqueness of an item.
