Description
Very nice clear glass ambrotype of a Union officer. The image is not lacquered on the back and looks like a ghost image without black paper behind it to provide the contrast. Image is nicely colored and posed. Housed in a very nice patriotic leatherette case (eagle and shield) with a repaired spine.
